Report a documentation problem

Use this flow when a help article has the wrong steps, an outdated menu name, or missing information.

Prerequisites​

  • Big Picture Money is installed and open.
  • You know which article or topic is wrong (a page title is enough).

Steps​

  1. In the title bar, click the Help icon.
  2. Choose Report an issue.
  3. On the first screen, choose Report a documentation problem, then click Continue.
  4. Enter a short title.
  5. Describe what the article says today and what it should say. Include the article name if you can.
  6. Enter your contact email (required).
  7. Review the summary, then click Submit public report.

Expected result​

  • The feedback dialog opens with the documentation type selected.
  • After a successful submit, you see a reference id such as BPM-FEEDBACK-123 and a link to the public feedback page.
