Manage your devices

Each Big Picture Money license allows up to 5 active devices. Use My Devices on the website to see where your license is activated and free a slot for a new computer.

Prerequisites​

  • A valid Big Picture Money license
  • Access to the email address used at purchase

Steps​

  1. Open the Big Picture Money website and go to My Devices.
  2. Enter the email address from your purchase.
  3. Open the magic link sent to that email (no password required).
  4. Review the list of activated devices and last-seen dates.
  5. Click Remove next to a device you no longer use.
  6. Confirm removal in the dialog.

Expected result​

  • The removed device no longer counts toward your 5-device limit.
  • You can activate Big Picture Money on a new computer using the same license.bp file.
  • Remaining devices continue to work without re-activation.
