Work the review queue

Review and resolve transactions that need a category decision.

Prerequisites​

  • Big Picture Money is unlocked
  • At least one uncategorized or low-confidence transaction exists

Steps​

  1. Under Transactions in the left navigation, expand the submenu and click Review queue.
  2. The list shows transactions needing attention — uncategorized items and low-confidence suggestions.
  3. For each item:
    • Accept — apply the suggested category
    • Change — pick a different category from the picker
    • Dismiss — remove from the queue without categorizing (you can categorize later in the register)
  4. To resolve several items at once, select checkboxes and click Accept selected.

Expected result​

  • The queue count in navigation decreases as items are resolved
  • Accepted categories appear on the corresponding register rows
  • Dismissed items no longer appear in the queue but remain in the register
  • Manually categorizing a transaction in the register also removes it from the queue
